Directions

Crush the following ingredients using a mortar and pestle or a food processor: 3 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of ginger, 9 green Thai chilies, and pearl onions.
Crush 1 cup of shredded coconut along with half a sprig of curry leaves.

Heat a deep pan and add 3 tablespoons of coconut oil.
Add quarter teaspoon of mustard seeds and let them splutter.
