1 Shredded Purple Cabbage
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 Diced Onion
5 Thai Chilies
Fresh Curry Leaves As Desired
1 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt To Taste
1Cup Freshly Grated Coconut

Directions

Heat coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.

Add diced onion, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté until the onion softens.
